In his announcement to the employees of Jet Products, Frank expressed that "This is a perfect fit for Jet Products, and the change in ownership will bring growth options and advantages to the company that will allow Jet Products to continue to grow and prosper". Frank will stay on during the transition to new ownership and the entire management team at Jet Products will remain in place to service the extensive customer base of Jet Products.
Premier Precision Group is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota where it owns several aerospace and commercial manufacturing operations. Premier Precision Group also owns another manufacturing company in the Phoenix area.
