Manufacturing
The manufacturing facility at Jet Products is temperature and environmentally controlled with air filtration systems located above machinery throughout the production areas. By controlling the internal atmosphere within the manufacturing areas, variation in the precise products being produced is reduced to an absolute minimum.
Machining Centers
Jet Products utilizes the latest technology in the equipment selected for use in our manufacturing facility. Our Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers operate using similar programming formats, rendering tooling and program compatibility.
Turning Centers
All CNC equipment, including the Turning Centers, at Jet Products are statistically monitored for repeatability of positioning movements. This application of statistical process control ensures variation reduction during the machining process.
Support Equipment
Support equipment is utilized in the manufacture of product to perform tasks not well suited for computerized equipment.
Quality
The quality assurance department at Jet is more spacious than many manufacturing areas elsewhere, and is temperature controlled to assure the best accuracy during the measurement process before products are shipped to the customer.
