Assembly
Jet Products is equipped for installing most assembly details, including but not limited to, helical inserts, pins, plugs, studs, bearings and bushings. Support equipment includes hydraulic presses, manual presses, and rivet machines.
High Volume Assembly
Jet Products' experienced assemblers are skilled at installing all manner of assembly details. Each assembly work station is identically equipped with all the installation tools necessary, allowing quick response to customer needs. High volume assembly can be staged at multiple work stations as required, providing the flexibility to meet ever tightening delivery schedules. Hand tools and air-powered helical insert install tools are supplemented by larger powered tools.
Part Identification
Part marking of various methods, including vibra-pencil, ink stamp, or identification tags, is also performed in the assembly area.
Inspection
Assembled hardware is carefully inspected at operation completion to verify conformance to blueprint and specification requirements. Our assembly mechanics will team together to assure quality and prompt delivery to the customer.
