Paint, Teflon and Dry Film: Various coatings are applied per Aerospace, Military, and Commercial specifications, in a certified NADCAP approved facility. Please see our "Process Approvals" page for detailed specification and certification information.

All painting is performed in a controlled environment. Incoming air is double filtered and dried prior to entering the spray area, maintaining a positive pressure to prevent intrusion of outside contaminants. Our large (14' x 7') spray booth includes two stations equipped with HVLP and conventional capabilities. Spraying can be performed on either turntables, or parts can be suspended on racks. Our paint stocks include all type of paints including epoxies, polyurethanes, enamels, lacquers, teflons and dry films. All spray products are shelf life controlled, and stored in a controlled environment.

Our team of skilled maskers are cross trained to precisely mask and unmask for coatings and anodize. Stocked support supplies include many types of high performance tapes, corks, plugs and wax.

Our 3 individual sandblasters are equipped with specific media and are dedicated to individual tasks. Garnet is used for removing rust, and general cleaning. Glass bead is for dressing up delicate surfaces, and plastic media is used for paint removal after the paint has been chemically softened.
PAINT: SOLID FILM LUBRICANT: Jet Products stocks a number of air dry, bake, high temperature dry film products. curing capability is 350f to 1000F. Dry film lubricants provide a lubricating film and are intended for use as dry coatings to reduce wear, prevent galling, seizure and inhibit fretting corrosion.
