Qualified personnel will perform pressure testing per your blueprint requirements. Maximum testing pressure available is 300 PSIG.
Those areas parts indicated on the blueprint will be pressure tested in water filled tanks using filtered air up to 110 PSIG. Higher test pressures use compressed nitrogen. Forced air ovens are available for rapid drying of tested parts when corrosion prevention is a consideration.

Passages are plugged and sealed off as required to test the designated areas for leakage. Testing can be done with your provided tooling, or at your request, Jet Products will quote fabricating the necessary tooling in our facility.
During pressure testing, leakage will expose flaws in the part material. The well lighted testing area assists in identifying small leaks. Parts found to have small leaks can be impregnated if permitted by customer blueprints, and re-tested.
